Peter Petherbridge
Peter began his career with the Hunter based D.F McCloy Pty Ltd in 1977 as an apprentice and was quickly promoted to foreman where he worked on a range of projects including the John Hunter Hospital and several Housing Commission Projects. Peter was then promoted to the position of Project Manager a position he held until the commencement of PDA Custom Constructions. Peter spent more than 10 years on the board of the Newcastle Master Builders Association in the capacity of Housing Chairman.

David Blake
David also began his career as an apprentice with D.F McCloy Pty Ltd in 1980 and prior to leaving to commence PDA Custom Constructions held the position of Building Foreman managing many significant Department of Housing Projects. As well as Project Manager David’s principle role in the company ensuring that PDA Building is compliant with all WH&S regulations to AS4801.

Adam Petherbridge
Adam Petherbridge has been with PDA Building since leaving high school after which he completed a Building Apprenticeships in Carpentry and Joinery. Adam has since completed his Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
Adam is a skilled Project Manager with a focus on personnel performance and efficiency. He strives to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve goals on time and budget. With a strong focus on safety, Adam manages crews with an attention to detail and organisation. Adam has managed several of our award winning projects thus you can be assured that he will manage your project with experience, efficiency and care.

Peter Squires
Peter Squires also began his career with D.F McCloy Pty Ltd and has since worked with PDA Building for over 32 years. His commitment and extensive experience makes him a decided asset and valued member of PDA Building. Over this time Peter has overseen all of the company’s major commercial projects many of which have received awards from the Master Builders Association for excellence.
Site Manager
Tim Mott
Tim Mott has extensive experience in both the commercial and cottage industries commening he’s career in 1996. Tim has obtained both a Certificate Three and Certificate Four in construction. Throughout his extensive career Tim has gained a critical awareness of the WH&S process which we consider invaluable in the current climate. Tim has been a valued member of our team for the past nine years.
Maintenance Manager
Jordan lee
Jordan Lee has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential building industries. Jordan completed he’s certificate 3 in building and construction through the Masters Builders Association. Jordan joined PDA Building in 2019 as our Maintenance Manager.
Supervisor
Jake bohan
Jake brings over 7 years’ experience to PDA Building having completed he’s certificate 3 in building and construction through NSW TAFE. Jakes passion for the building industry is reflected in every job he undertakes, from initiation to completion.

Liam Squires
Liam is a second generation PDA Building employee, Liam father Peter Squires has worked for PDA Building for over 30 years.
Annette Petherbridge
Annette was one of the founding members of PDA Building being the “A” in the company name. While the Peter and David initially took care of the hands-on side of the business Annette took care of the functioning of the office and the ‘running of the business’ . Today the role has somewhat evolved and while some may say she is still the ‘boss’ (especially on pay day) she still ensures the smooth running of the office and all that it entails.

Kerry King
Kerry is a loyal member of our administration team. Joining PDA Building in 2004 she has become an integral part of our company. Kerry’s duties are many and varied however she always carries out the request with professionalism and a smile.
