Anglican Care – Northwood Retirement Village

This project included the construction of 24 new 2-bedroom villa’s and a new community centre, on a challenging site with a common drive street access shared by existing residences to the eastern end of the site. The rear of the site was an environmentally sensitive nature riparian zone with a natural water course, bat habitation and abundant natural flora.WH&S of this site was broken into 3 key areas, maintaining a safe harmonious environment for the existing residences, upholding a safe work environment for all on site and preserving the site so as not to damage the sensitive riparian zone to the rear of the site. Using our key management policies and in consultation with stake holders the project reached successful completion with all goals achieved.
