PDA Building is proud to announce that we have won two MBA Excellence in Building Awards 2020 which is a great achievement and we are very proud of our team members. The awards where won for the following project:-
Extensions, renovations and refurbishments $4 Million – $6 Million (Toronto Diggers Club Mezzanine)
This project included a significant extension to the existing club providing a mezzanine level that has a dedicated bar and external terrace with views of Lake Macquarie. This project also included an extension to the kitchen and a refurbishment to the dining area, lounge and amenities. This project was completed to a high quality under challenging circumstances and to the complete satisfaction of our client.
Commercial Projects Under $5 Million (Vamp Cellar Door)
This new cellar door in Pokolbin for client Lisa McGuigan Wines features a striking and uniquely dark colour palette, dramatic lighting and textured interior. including custom timber furniture and a high end stainless steel oyster bar. The Judges remarked that “PDA Building exhibits the ability to bring to reality the most imaginative, not to say outrageous, design briefs. This is the kind of project that makes judging worthwhile”
